To apply a new base line to a form

Select the Apply New Base to Form tool.
Identify the line that becomes the new baseline for the form to be modified.
Accept the baseline selection.
Identify the form to be modified. The form regenerates using the new baseline.

Note: A new base shape cannot be applied to slab forms with this command.
